Today on Top Of The Stretch the OHHA Brand Ambassador Roger Huston speaks with Tom Charters the retired head of the Hambletonian Society and Breeders Crown after 35 years of Service. Tom will be inducted into the Living Hall of Fame on Sunday, July 5th,2020 in Goshen, New York.
